Physical Inspection
Our comprehensive inspections cover all accessible areas of your home, looking for any signs of past or current moisture events that could contribute to mold. This inspection package covers homes up to 3000 sq feet. Additional square footage is calculated at 10 cents per square foot.
Sampling
Our inspectors have years of experience and knowledge in the field. We use state-of-the-art equipment and tools to provide you with accurate and reliable inspection services. This package includes air sampling as well as thermal sampling to include 4 areas of your home. The samples will be sent to one of our labs unaffiliated with OC Mold Pros for professional analysis and reporting.
Detailed analysis and report
Post-inspection, you will receive a detailed report of findings and action items related to any findings of moisture or mold activity. You will also receive the lab report with a detailed breakdown of the types of mold present and quantities of spore activity. It is normal to find mold in every home, as there is always mold present in outdoor air. We collect a sample of outdoor air so we can compare interior levels to exterior levels.
